I spoke too soon. Now reverse doesn’t work. The ‘Change of Direction’ action is working i.e. sound and reverse lights, but no motor output.

I would appreciate assistance asap as I’ve spent a long time looking at this issue and can find no fault of my own making.

On the bright side.. no error messages! Best regards Colin.

For testing purposes, try disabling all special functions—such as cruise control or the braking function—for now, and test the SFR-1 as a "standard" speed controller.

Cruise OFF
Braking Function OFF
Emergency Stop OFF
Load, Inertia, Steering, Handbrake - all OFF

Model works as a standard speed controller. Forward works fine. In reverse, sound and lights but no motor output.

Attached diagnostic DAT file shows a forward application, followed by a reverse, then another forward.

There's something wrong with the motor output stage.

Replacement unit fitted and working fine!
