Unable to reach setup

While powering on the MSM the green led comes on but the blue led never starts to blink, thus not able to enter setup mode.
Any suggestions please ??

Hello nlvoa,

Did you connect Prop #6 (X2/6) to the receiver?
Was the transmitter turned on before the receiver?
Receiver is powered on before power supply to the MSM-1 is turned on?

Hi Rascal, yep all properly connected , I have two MSM’s one functions OK and the other gives me this problem .

Yes, we repaired the MSM-1 (replaced the processor) and sent it back to you on April 8th. We also sent you an email with the DHL tracking number. I'll resend the email to you.
