Good day! I've set up a new SFR1 in a new truck project.
I have set SBUS on the RX to be on pin 8 - so I am using the SBUS in on the SFR1 @ Prop 6 from ch 8 on the RX.
The steering, and 5th wheel control set to work with the Servo 2 Output work as expected. Sounds work too.
However, upon startup, I don't get the typical start-up "beeps" and I have no motor control.
SFR1 green Led is steady, the blue LED is flashing quickly.

Hello Matt,
did you execute the setup of the SFR-1 according to the manual, including throttle?
If yes, did the motor work correctly at that time?
Do you see an incoming signal on Prop #1 (throttle) in the diagnosis? If no then your SBUS mapping might be wrong or the receiver is not outputting the throtte channel signal via SBUS -> check transmitter and receiver configuration.

Hi Rascal! Thanks for your reply. When I originally set up the SFR1 for this truck a few months ago, everything worked. I took it all apart so that I could work on the chassis and not harm the electronics.
This is why I was surprised that it didn't work correctly this afternoon. After playing with it for a while, I did get it to work. (I tried to update, but for some reason it didn't go through on the.)
In retrospect, I am wondering if perhaps one of the motor leads were not plugged in completely? I went over the wiring a few times but maybe I only double checked the motor wires at the end.
