Internal Bluetooth Receiver Error

Hi

My LM-BT-16-4 is not responding.

I can see a steady red light which means Bluetooth is paired.
I can see a 2 X flashing and 3sec pause green light. This indicates an "Internal bluetooth receiver error"

Is there something I can do here to resolve this?

Hello Ray,

try disconnecting the power briefly. Does this resolve the problem?

Yes I tried that. I charged all the batteries and restarted everything several times. When that didn't work I opened the trailer to check the fuse and then I saw the light codes

It had all been working previously

I suspect there is something wrong with the Bluetooth module. We would have to check that here. Please send the module to our address for checking:
