SFR-1 & SD card not reading

Hi

I just tried to copy my truck settings with the k-usb-2 cable but nothing was in my program.
So took out the uSD card but my computer wont recognice it.

The SFR-1 is brand new and truck not even fisished yet.

The uSD card reader I have is ok - have tried with 4 other sd cards

Any suggestions?

Hello,

when you say the SFR-1 is brandnew, did you ever save a project to that SD card before?

The first time you create a project it must be transferred by SD card to the SFR-1, only then you can use the data cable to transfer, modify or read the configuration.

Please try to format the SD card through the SFR-1 sound teacher (assuming the PC will recognize it), then save the project to the PC and SD card and try again. If that doesn't work the SD card might be faulty, then try another card instead.

My pc doesn't recognize the card that's first problem. Strange as it's the card supplied with it.

it is certainly not common but possible that the card is faulty. Do you have the possibility to try it in another PC?

The settings are stored on the SD card. However I highly recommend that you save the project to the PC, too, so that you can recover the settings in future if the card is broken or lost.

As my computer crashed and I have no backup...
