Also, I cannot save on sd card.
I have a CD, but I don't know what the problem is.

I guess the problem is with the file names, they may contain special German characters like ä, ö, ü or ß, which are shown as question marks in your screenshot.

Try renaming the files by removing or changing the character in question (in German we substitute ä with ae, ö with oe, ü with ue and ß with ss).

The problem is, your Windows can't handle the "German Umlauts".

Please change the unicode settings in your Windows. Check the attached screenshots. The screenshots were made on a English Windows 7 system, so it may be a little bit different at your Windows.

1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard.
2. Type "INTL.CPL" and press enter. (You can open this settings also via Windows Control Panel -> Region and Language).
3. Click on "Administrative"
4. Click on "Change system locale..."
5. Change "Current system locale:" to "English" and click on "OK".

If "English" in step 5 not work, then try "Deutschland/Germany".

Unfortunately, the same symptoms and programs go down. By any chance, my PC is Windows 10. Does it also work on Windows 10? If possible, can you send me a program and music?
I have done many things in 2 months, but I want to give up.

Have you tried changing the file names?

What about access permissions to the folder where the files are stored?

Did you install and execute the software as admin?

I am using Windows 10 and it works fine.

I have renamed the sound files as well as the filenames in the project file. On our current DVD all project are already renamed. But you probably still have an old DVD.

I will send you a new DVD by post, as it would be too big by email.
