Unfortunately, the volume control pot won't help, as it only makes the volume quieter, not louder (than without the pot). What model number did you set on the MSM-1? If you've already changed the model number, please set it back to no. 1 and test if the sound works. Do you have the K-USB-2 data cable?

What do the LEDs on the MSM-1 do when you turn on the power?

Ein Lautstärkepoti wird hier leider nichts bringen. Ohne externes Poti hat man immer höchste Lautstärke. Ein externes Poti kann die Lautstärke immer nur verringern und nicht erhöhen!

Es ist standardmäßig bei der Auslieferung immer das Modell 1 ausgewählt. Du kannst ja mal ein anderes Modell wählen, aber ich denke das wird nichts bringen.
