Oh and ive flash the firmware 3 times no change everything else is working just no sound?

ok sound teacher running diagnostics can see sound activating during testing (ie sound Nr i can see values changing) no sound tried everything it says in the manual tried 3 speakers still no actual sound. Now also when switching on i get green LED blue flashing 5 times but the red randomly coming on...

Can the data cable be used and what software would be needed?

Yes set back to model 1 no sound was on ship 2 and yes usb data cable.

Tried both ways nothing hopefully the volume pot arrives soon then I can test properly as it’s the beier 100k pot

Green on blue flash a couple of times then solid green when I hold three way switch in position as instructed blue light comes on then nothing happens and light goes off just wondering if I would be better with using a stick input?

All wired in but can’t get any sound outputs work ok have ordered a pot as can’t get transmitter to adjust volume that way. Yes I do have experience with your systems as I have USM RC 2s & 3s?
